MASE completes implementation of three community-based solar PV plants

Coverage by Roya News

MASE has recently completed the implementation and commissioning of three solar PV rooftop plants located in three underprivileged rural communities across Jordan.

The installations were part of a pilot project funded and implemented by the COWATER – Jordan SEED program as part of the Government of Canada’s development initiatives in Jordan.  The project also sees the involvement of the Ministry of Jordan’s Jordan Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Fund (JREEEF). The solar installations will offset the electricity requirements of a community medical center in the town of Deir Alla as well as two households in Deir Alla and Ajloun.

MASE’s O&M team will operate, maintain and manage the solar installations.
